When using Keywords you want to focus on ones that have a MEDIUM to LOW competition. You can still focus on HIGH competition keywords but ranking for those keywords may take much longer than LOW competition keywords. Also you should focus on keywords that are searched NO LESS THAN 1000 times a month.

You never want to flood your post or pages with keywords, you always want to place your keywords thematically in a sentence. One of the myths is that if you load up a page with keywords, Google will rank you first page. By flooding your page with keywords, Google will flag you as spam and possibly block you. So always be careful in using your keywords.

You are off to the right start because if want to rank 1st page on Google, you will need the right low competitive - high traffic profitable keywords for your niche. Keywords are the first and one the most important steps for SEO. If you don't invest in proper research, all the work afterwards will be useless and a big waste of time and money.

However Google looks for good content and great structure and many people harp on keywords as being the only way to rank. Google is constantly crawling the web and collecting information on web pages: topical, chronological and behavioral information. So how you structure your content on your page as well as making it very human readable is very important.

Many try and use Write Spin Tools that will rewrite others pages by using different words. In the end they usually need so much editing, you could just write your content yourself. Google looks for these things and if found will not rank you at all. Try your best to flourish your page wit good rich content and place your keywords where they fall naturally as if you were having a conversation with someone.

I have attached your 100 keywords in both an xls, csv and txt format. I know not everyone has excel so you will be able to copy and paste from a Text file fairly easy.

The spreadsheets have been sorted best as possible from the Lowest Competition to the highest as well as the highest Monthly Average Searches to the lowest.

Even though ideally choosing a keyword with 1000 or more monthly searches could be beneficial, you want low competition also. So sometimes it isn’t so bad to drop the monthly search number down below a 1000 to keep your competition down.
